With a plethora of chicken breeds on site, we offer a variety of free-range fresh eggs. Our poultry live the true free-range life, enjoying grass and bugs on about 7 acres, as well as the fresh food and water that we provide for them daily.

Regulator Ranch will deliver your fresh eggs right to your door! Delivery area within Durango business district/downtown, Elmore's Corner, Three Springs, and Edgemont.

We raise Colorado Gold meat birds from Whiting Farms in Delta, CO. We have found that the CO Golds live a more natural, healthy, and happy life than the jumbo cornish cross. Their meat has an excellent meat to fat ratio, resulting in a juicy and delicious meal! Our meat birds eat a well-balanced diet of feed and field foraging.

We will have limited poultry meat available this year, but are currently taking reservations for the following chicken products in fall 2025:

• whole chickens
• drumsticks
• thighs
• wings
• boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• ground chicken breast

Order ahead for a Thanksgiving-ready turkey! 

We hatched our first baby turkeys in fall 2024 to begin our Bourbon Red heritage turkey breeding program! We likely will not have whole turkeys/turkey meat available until 2026 as our focus for 2025 is to develop our breeding program.  

All of our turkeys enjoy the free-range life exploring 7 acres of grass, bugs, and hay with access to fresh feed and water all day.
